Shipping
1. All units are shipped within 5 business days of a completed transaction.
2. All units are shipped via USPS Parcel Post with Delivery Confirmation service.
3. Custom shipping services should be notified on checkout (shipping instructions)
Returning & Exchanging
If the unit you have received is defective, please refer to the following guidelines:
1. Please notify [email protected] within 3 business days of a unit's arrival (at sellers destination) to receive eligibility for an exchange.
2. Return shipping to seller's destination will be paid by buyer's expense.
3. Outgoing shipping to buyer's destination will be paid by seller's expense.
